Thanks for all the replies it’s was a bit of surprise that both of the rations where seen to be pretty crap as I would regard both of the companies as two of the biggest suppliers of feed up here. I think it is very easy to just take what these sales rep says as being gospel, hence the reason I...
No not nwf. Two feeds from two different companies, the bottoms one is from the company we have used the last couple of years, but have noticed they have taken the soya out this year, which is what is making me look at the whole ration contents this year.
Morning
Looking for a little help, trying to do a comparison on which ewe nut is better to feed to our ewes this year. There is only a few pounds difference in price but seems a big difference in the ingredients. Just wondering what other people’s views are on each of the feeds.
Many thanks
The price I got was with the wider tyres but haven’t bothered about braked axles, i had a look at a fendt coloured welger that a local dealer had sitting from last season its about 3 grand cheaper than a McHale,
I’m just trying trying to justify the extra cost for the McHale to myself.
I’ve just recently got a price from two McHale dealers Both are about £27.500. l was liking the look of the Kuhn baler, but out of 4 different dealers I’ve contacted in the last 2 months none have been bothered to actually get back to me with a price. So it looks like it’ll be a McHale for me
Sorry to change the subject slightly , I recently bought an eziweigh 7 and tru test load bars for combi clamp. I’m just wondering what settings other people have their eziwiegh 7 on regarding resolution and tolerance? I have found that some days it works fine then other days it seems to be very...
I have been seeing a lot of ads on Facebook recently for pro fibre bedding. I was wondering if anyone has used the stuff before and could share the pros and cons on this paper crumble bedding? I am really looking at alternative bedding for cattle and sheep as it's looking like we are going to...
@ewebarn I tried to connect the reader to the shearwell app on my iphone for some reason I couldn't get this to work I then tried it on an android tablet and managed to get it working, I haven't had the time to try it out much but from the few tags I had it seems to work, I'm still in two minds...
Can I ask what you are feeding them? We got a couple of weaners at the weekend but unsure on what best to feed them. first time having pigs so it's all about unknown for us.
First Massey on the farm since a 135 so not sure if the 5600 is the same as 5400 series or not . Local mechanic reckoned I would need to run a pipe under tractor and T it into somewhere on the loader block?
I've got a Massey 5612 with a loader and I'm needing a free flow return put on it for working the bale wrapper at silage time, has anyone got any advice on the best option for doing this ?
Might drop them an email Like the look of the psion, it's the price that puts me off though and also maybe a little more advanced than I was looking for!
First time posting on here, currently thinking about buying a stick reader and trying to do more recording with our ewes, just wondering if anyone had much experience in using either of these apps?
