Looking at upgrading our old fella tedder and seen a Malone Tedd-air 840. Just wondering if anyone else has had one and what they thought? Also things to look out for on them. Thanks.

If you pull the plug out the back of the screen to kill the power it resets and is fine then for 5/10 mins. Its as if it gets confused. Spoke to JCB dealer but they've never had this before so unsure if it is a connection issue or a problem with the screen.

Tried all sorts and the dash was reading everything accurately last night but back to being delayed and random this morning

Were you turning off the isolator to kill all the power? I've tried that a few times but may leave it off like that for a while and see.

Had it had a while back but usually turning it off and on again sorts it out. This time it'll be ok for a minute or 2 and then start playing up again everytime. It's got the newer tablet style dash screen. Makes it nearly impossible to navigate the menu's, gear showing isn't correct...

Ah great I could only see 2 weigh cells underneath, above the axles. Will have a look in the junction box and try to isolate the problem.

You reckon it'll definitely be a weigh cell and not a connection issue? How's best to work out which one is gone? Thanks.

We recently bought a Trioliet Solomix 2-2400 tub mixer (2011) and there is an intermittent issue with the door and conveyor working. Sometimes it works fine and then just cuts out. And other times it won't work at all. Seems more electrical than hydraulics as the rear door and side shift works...

Ah annoying. Well maybe try cleaning the EGR valve then, see if there's a video on YouTube, that's what I normally do. Could try changing the tmap sensor aswell as it's only £50ish and takes about 2mins to change yourself.

To be honest mate, may be worth just speaking to the dealer as they'll probably know exactly what's going on. I only had the first code and non of the others that you have.

Ours went after replacing the T-MAP sensor but yours sounds more related to the EGR
