Trioliet Tub Mixer weighing wrong

Digistar Ez3600v box

Basically it'll be fine one moment then suddenly the weight will jump up from say 4000kg to 35000kg.

Yesterday morning it was fine but this morning it was fine when loading then once I had finished it jumped up to stupid numbers.

On quick inspection i can't see any faults in the wiring but need to have a better look.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what was causing the fault?

Thanks.

With mine it's always been the weigh cell, I've had to do all 3. There's a connection box underneath that you can use to isolate the problem. They can be a bugger to get out, our engineers had to cut out and re-weld 2 of them

Ah great I could only see 2 weigh cells underneath, above the axles. Will have a look in the junction box and try to isolate the problem.

1st place they fail is the connection lead to the display in my experience, turning the display cracks the wires in time.

Check the display connector as above. It's the swinging that does it. I have mine cable tied up to a mounting bolt to hold it tight.

I wasn't getting such dramatic errors, though.

After playing around with it yesterday I disconnected the wires in the junction box for weigh cells 1 (guessing that may be the one at the hitch?) Managed to get more stable weights (actually being able to zero it). This morning loading it has been jumping around a bit plus or minus 100kg but I can roughly get it right. Guessing that weigh cell must have gone wrong then?

I've got the new weigh cell....£774! Having an absolute nightmare trying to get the old one off. Local chap with Oxy is coming tomorrow for round 2
