How do I add a hire purchase agreement onto Xero

I'm wondering if its possible to do dairy costings without a consultant or feed rep doing them?

Thinking of outsourcing bookkeeping having done it in family for years. It just seems to take longer and longer as we add different elements to the business. I am interested to hear what systems others have in place and if outsourcing bookkeeping is it any less time-consuming than doing it...
