This machine will not go forward or backwards on the joy stick . Relay in panel energising but the directional solenoids on top of the transmission box are not energising. Has anyone got a wiring diagram for this circuit.
Has anyone on this site got any knowledge of this machine. It was working and also the machine has been parked up for some time if that helps.

If I move the joystick forward I get 12v at one of the solenoids but still no movement . If I move the joy stick back still no movement and I get 12v on the same solenoid strange the other solenoid I am not getting any voltage . This is why I need a wiring diagram of that circuit. If I place a direct 12v off a battery to the solenoid on the transmission pack the machine will move . There are two solenoid coils back to back and I assume this is for forward and reverse direction of the machine.

Sorry for the late reply, is there a universal 12v feed you can trace separate from the 12v supply switch feed from the joystick you may find that there may be an in-line fuse further up the line. Or there is an isolation relay fed from your ignition which cuts power to stop them draining the battery flat when the machines off as id guess there fairly power hungry

You dont need a wiring diagram.

Theres a fused supply to the forward reverse lever or what your calling joystick.
From there it will go to a safety start relay so it only starts in neutral.
Then will have switched outputs to the solenoids on transmission, the reverse does have a relay though I think but only for the reverse light/beeper if fitted.

At some point the handbrake switch cuts drive in both directions aswell.

Theres also a manual dump pedal that could stick and loose you drive in both directions.

I dont have wiring diagram and it's been years since I worked at one but there rather basic electrics imo.

The levers/joystick are common to fail bit cheap to replace, solenoids and valves are very reliable so long as you dont stand on them and bend them😂🙈

Wires in the solenoid plugs are often trouble and the plugs themselves, along with the multi pin plugs on the front corner of cab but as yours is a C model which is the very basic one I dont think it had the plugs? Was a better job with out them so long as you didnt need to take cab off.
