2009 claas axos 340cx down on pwer when cold started

no power when cold , also drops back on road when has to climb hills even without load any advice/help please

There was a modification done on them fitting a bypass system on the hydraulic filter to take the load off the engine and timing gears when the oil was cold.
can tell by looking if there is a t piece in the line to the filter.
did help them a bit .
