2012 Claas Axion 810 Front Suspension

Hi,

We’ve got a 2012 Claas Axion which’s has started giving front suspension issues. Other than a few wiring issues it’s a good strong tractor.

The Cebis is giving me “Suspended Front Axle Disabled. Please drive at reduce speed” error code 76DF.

Error corresponds to solenoid second from the right on the front axle, we’ve checked continuity from the two pin plug right the way back to the ECU behind the cab…. No problem.

Swapped the first and second coils from right, as these are identical. Same result.

Took the plugs off all 4 coils, cleaned up with degreaser, the airline and reconnected. This fixed the issue for a day.

Now it’s back.

Any Claas guru’s with advice?
Thanks

Hello,
Did you somehow solve this problem? I have very similar problem with front suspension but without any error code. The suspension disconnect sometimes without context of conditions – it happened on the road and od the field at any speed.

Turned out to be the connector on the back of the cab. The full weight of the loom hangs down from the multi-pin plug which isn't ideal. A couple of the pins had worked themselves loose, so I repositioned them and cleaned the pins up. Touch wood so far it has behaved itself.
