25m mast, how much?

I've been approached by a satellite broadband company to erect a 25m tower to provide much needed broadband service to our village (about 100 houses)

Question is how much should I expect them to pay me for having this tower?

Just as some background, I am already getting good BB from the same company via a nearby wind farm but as the rest of the village are much lower and it is surrounded by trees they cannot get the signal.

I also already have a 15m wind turbine here so the mast would not look too bad next to it.

Yes I probably would use an agent if we get that far, just wondering what sort of rent others are getting for similar.

This is not a mobile phone mast that will be serving a huge network it's just a community broadband thing.

Good money and get contract drawn correctly so if it is used to site share -say police etc .and other users etc. You get further pulls ?

have a mast here just recently erected ,the satellite company pays 100£/ month ,they also pay another neighbouring farmer the same amount

Be careful! Another mast close by will interfere with the wind reaching your turbine, probably reducing your FIT.
