2wd to 4wd conversion

How big a job would it be to convert a 2wd fiat 1180 to 4wd? Axle and Dropbox could be got from a doner tractor? Should it be a handy conversion or will 4wd tractors have different dimensions to 2we tractors when new?

Because the 2we tractor is mechanically and cosmetically in much much better condition. Basically the 4wd is falling apart.
I'm guessing that it will be faster and easier to swap parts including panels and engine, possibly the gearbox innards from the 2wd to the 4wd rather than the other way around. However, you are the man with the machines in front of you [I assume], so you can actually see and measure the parts and components for yourself and make a valid judgement as to what is possible and practical better than anyone miles away behind a computer screen.

Donit it on a massey or two (old) ones
One looky had shaft inside box after taking plate off g/box and other just put sandwich plate in gear box
If you look were drive comes from and there is a plate over take it off and see if there is a gear inside for drive to front axle
