3 Phase PTO Generator

Have been offered a PTO generator to run our grain dryer.
went to have a look at it and it is stamped 380v
unsure if this will be any good ?

Check the drier motor rating plate, it may have dual/multi ratings?

if there is a 380V rating then you will be fine, especially if rated for the same power with higher current draw.

If not, then the motor will draw more current to maintain speed for any given load, so if the motor runs close to its limit running the drier at 415V, then it will be overloading on current doing the same work at 380V, and may overheat.
