I guess you live by the manufacturers up there do you too?
Didn't know they refurbished or stuck new magnets on?
New magnet plates build up in resin now compared to old one?
So old stator core the same is it?
Yeh not far from where they were originally made.

Magnet plates can be refurbished by repotting a full set of magnets on the old flywheels.

Looks like the stators werent replaced.

Thats similar as my middle turbine has the old style shaft, old style hinges with straps but it out performs one of the others thats had all the money spent on it.
We wish we had never had them done. Try one with new blades you will soon order two more sets. We have to brake ours in very strong wind. That’s never happened before.

I am going to get the guys back and change one of two sets of blades. See when you say they weren't getting to max power with the previous blades. How do you know when there at max power?

We have KW output meters in our shed so know exactly what they are producing. We had never produced their stated max output before. We do regularly now.

all energy producers should be monitoring outputs continuously if you want to ensure that yoy maintain good outputs.
i use an excel spreadsheet and enter monthly outputs which gives me an early warning that one or other array is slipping in the performance table

That’s exactly what we do with Solar and wind.

I read the fit and export every month, i knew there was somthing wrong but then get them serviced and can never find faults. Now to spend money on them or regenerate them to 45kw turbines and potentially max the fit for next 8 years.

I would be tempted to do one and see the result, you should fairly quickly notice the difference

How often does solar require a wash and is it a pressure washer job or bucket and sponge?
well I believe these panels have not been cleaned for 12 years make your mind up :ROFLMAO:
but do not use hard water as it will leave a residue to build up. I believe this was done with plain water first then finished with our rotary brush using purified water
I understand this job took 3 days to clean 120Kw of panels
