I think you mean 18.4 / 85/ 38 is the equivalent, to 520/70/38. be aware of damage to four wheel driveline by the fitting of out of spec tyres.

18.4.or460/85... 600/65....520/70 ... are all same diameter/ circumference. But check different makes are slightly different , mine field

That's a different tyre than your selling, that a 85/ profile yours is a 70/ profile.

Its was the 18.4 bit on the 460 i should of highlighted in the pic, didn't know there was a profile in old sizes.

You can assume that the old sizes are all 85 profile , hence the term "low profile tyre" for the 70. and 65 etc.,
