60 sq m concrete pad.

Afternoon,

I've an old timber framed shed that's needing to come down. It sits on a 6m x 10m concrete pad.

I'm weighing up options from repairing / replacing the shed to turn into stables (already have liveries elsewhere), using as a wash bay, some sort of storage area.....???

Anybody got any outside the box ideas for a diversification use?

Open to all suggestions, seems a shame to already have a nice, level, concrete floor, which is a limiting factor so often and not use it for something productive.

6x10m could be turned into some nice composting bins if you already have liveries. Snohomish district has some good videos on these.
