600m Front Umbilical Reeler Measurements Please

Hi, tasked to build a front mounted umbilical reeler for 600m 5" pipe, I have rough measurements from a Storth catalogue but could do with some hard measurements! So if anybody can help with the following I would much appreciate:
  • Reel diameter
  • Width of inside the reel
  • Hydraulic Motor used, specifically if it chain driven. Ideally the model/serial number off the plate to work out the displacement/size of motor
  • Finally the number of teeth on the chain sprockets
Any help regarding any of the points would help massively!

Thanks

I'll measure my Tramspread reel when I next go past it,don't bother with the storth measurements as they aren't big enough, well the one I had wasn't and I sent it back.

You are wasting your time to build one with a chain drive to work with 5" hose unless you put 2 motors on it as one will never do the job , just buy a tramspread one , job done then
