6r borg warner.. 6030 borg warner... 6030 you have to buy new exhaust housing.. 6r you can fit new vane set.

The vane set is cheap to buy rather than the complete turbo on a 6r.

Derv Doctor makes VGT tractors non VGT tractors but we are asking here how to repair VGT turbo since John Deere will only sell you complete turbo with VGT part, no parts separately to sell. On my 6230P it is Borg&Warner turbo.

You can change the exhaust housings on the 6030 vgt... but its not ecomical to do so.. exhaust housing is 2800 new turbo is 2400.. it is along those lines any way. Oh thats not gbp or euro.. nzd!.
