What do you want to know? There are more people looking to rent farms than there are farms available. You won't have any problem renting it out, you just need to decide what your motivates are.

Is this a tenancy to ensure that the farm is kept in good condition and is well farmed? Which might mean renting it to a young family, who probably won't be the highest rental offer and will want the security of a long tenancy 5-10 years. Or are you looking to make a maximum buck? In which case, rent the house on out privately on a 6 month AST and the land to the neighbour or local contractor on an annual agreement.
