7.50 wagons

On with looking at a fresh pick up at the moment as my old izuzu is going tired fast was wondering what rules there is on 7.50 wagons regarding tachograph operators license running costs etc. price of pick ups putting me off towards a price of a decent little wagon

Used to be a lot of 7.5's locally pretty much all gone now

I want to get hold of an old 6BT powered DAF, shorten it, add a small pickup body and try and get it down under 3000kgs.
Down plate it to 3500kgs.

Won't be very good off-road but ideal for towing heavy stuff
