Our local lazer cutting lads can cut box , to curve then weld it up and sand down you would never know it had been done

I made my own a few years ago. I rang dozens of engineering firms in my locality and every one couldn't work out what i was trying to do.
I ended up cutting in two 45 degree bends.

I made my own using a standard pipe bender its quite easy after a bit of head scratching.

Barrett steel can laser cut 50 x 50 shs to produce a 50 rad bend on a curner when bent round

I used an ordinary conduit bender, came out fine, depending on the radius i'm sure you could make something to bend it with a bottle jack.

90 degree bends i doubt it in box just cut 45's and weld

Just hit on this thread as going out to put final coat of paint on boot stand that my 12 year old made on his own from scratch today for his mum for christmas morning. I have been trusted with painting the top side as he is away to bed.
25mm 1.5mm erw box section same as we use for sheep hurdles and combiclamps. Bend it by hand in a conduit bender. It is about a 5 inch radius.
If it's only a couple you need and your screaming for them I will happily bend a couple and stick them in the post as soon as they are open.
