You need to put your name to your post if you are going to make statements like this so we can best understand your interest in this matter. Which of the other grain merchants do you represent.
WHY,when he is stating a fact and not speculation ??
Somebody in the trade highlighting this out of the goodness of their hearts. I don't think so. It's about commercial advantage. Interest needs to be declared.

If it is to his advantage would you rather someone keep it quiet and you get caught out selling grain if there was a chance u might not get paid
It's not to his advantage to keep quite. Highlighting someone else problems to discourage farmers from dealing with this company was to his advantage. This may have caused an unnecessary run on the company.
As it happens measures have been taken in Germany to resolve this issue.
