Sick of gloom mongers on't news, flicked over to bbc2
'A farm for the future '

A bit 'over eco' in some of its sentiments, but fundementally an excellent informative programme, presented in an excellent, non sensationalist way.

Provided plenty of food for thought ,

Don't tell @Clive , but the anti plough sentiments were much in tune with his and fellow dd'ers (correct imho)thinking.
Can't see him growing a beard and knitting his own yoghurt and sandals yet!

Well worth a watch

It's fairly old. Rebecca now runs 'The village farm' down on the coast somewhere. Website is worth looking at. I believe they are taking a windswept and cropped out coastal farm and planting trees, mob grazing sheep and lots of other interesting stuff. Not sure why she left the family farm but she is certainly putting her money where her mouth is. I'm hoping to go on a tour at some point and see what they are up to.
