Spaldings sell replacement control boxes for accord drill with the same connector. No idea on price tho

Do you have or can you organize a schematic diagram to accord control box? Where are connect valves, low grain sensor etc ....If wiring diagram is able I will take that box (shipping inside UK )

It depends on what kind of seeder you have. If only the basic equipment is the same. If you measure the blower speed, there is a different controller. In general, you can use any controller, you just need to connect the cables properly. The photo shows the rabe controller converted to Accord
