Ag permitted development for yard space

If I wanted to apply for planning to turn an area of filed into parking (hardcore and fenced) for machinery could that be done on a ag exception 28day thingy if area was 10,000 sq ft or less ?

Just nibble a bit out of the field each year, it’s amazing how well grass grows on stoned areas (on google earth at least...)

Thanks @Steevo.

Assuming you qualify for PD under the regulations set out in the GPDO then yes it would be covered but I believe you would need prior approval from the local authority. I can check if you want to drop me a PM.
