Why the heck aren’t NFU & Red tractor involved with something like this on a National/ local scale
We didn’t want any political or commercial involvement as then it became about an organisation rather than a simple message from a few! Hopefully more farmers will get on board with it and push the message from the grassroots rather than those who would normally be involved in campaigning on our behalf. Hope that makes sense! Basically I wanted it to be pure and simple just saying thank you!

Sorry I don’t follow your first line??
I don’t think there would be any harm in the local nfu secretary or red tractor staff giving a few farmers a call asking them to send them a short video, so they could be put together like the one in the original post. But but with a little bit of funding it might reach a bigger and different audience. No need to mention nfu or red tractor on the finished message, just British farming.

Yes but that won’t ever happen! They simply don’t understand social media! This was done with zero money and nothing but good intent!..... bravo Tory

Absolutely happy for people to get on board! I’ve just put a post out encouraging people to do their own videos and tag @agsaysthanks and use the #agsaysthanks we’d love it if everyone, be they NFU or a farmer doing his thing, spread the word as the vital part of this is for it to reach the actual consumer not float about amongst the farming types!!
