Does anyone have stock of precrimped wires for ampseal?

Did my system on my tractor ok, but losing my patience with doing it again on my sprayer!

Hi, I’m in the stages of starting to put all the hardware on the tractor and I’m struggling to find a cab pass through on my John Deere 6430 premium, I was wondering if anyone can help me here?
Thank you

Stick a round metal plate to the roof with 3m sticky pads or epoxy resin if you want belts and braces.

The antennae is magnetic, so you can then position precisely.

Metal plate needs to be minimum 150mm dia, ideally a touch more.

A step up converter that will take 12v in and put out the voltage your laptop requires. I have been using a 100w so far, adjusted to 16v with Panasonic CF-C2 and FZ-G1 toughbooks.

A connector to suit you device. I gather that toughbooks use an odd size, but a 2.5mm x 5.5mm x 9mm male connector jack is close enough. The 9mm long ones are a bit short, but work. There are 14mm long versions, but I haven't tried them.

The jacks I have suit 5mm over all diameter cable. I use 1.0mm2 two core flex for a wiring various parts of my system. It's a bit excessive for handling 100w, but is 5mm over all diameter cable, a nice size to handle and I already have a roll of the stuff.

I put it in it's own 3d printed case, but if you have a large enough project box for other agopen boards then it could fit in there. I have a switched 12v output from the boxes with my v2 boards in, which powers these chargers for the toughbook and also other devices such as ethernet hub and section control module. I'm just using spade connections for the time being on the input, but ideally will switch to powerpole or superseal connectors instead to help avoid connecting the power the wrong way.

The red board is a 150w step up converter I have just got, waiting to go in another tractor. More powerful than needed, but just happened to be slightly cheaper and has the advantage of screw terminals, so a little less soldering to do.

no problem with anything overheating putting them in a box

Looks like alot of play in your steering rams/track rod ends the way the wheels were wobbling. Mightve been better to be actually sat in the cab while videoing stuff like that, way to much that could go wrong
The wobbling will be the valve oscillating, it does that if setting aren't right.

@Larel put a picture up of the steer settings, make sure you have PP selected in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
