Got the chance to rent 4 average size steel buildings, anyone have any idea what a rough guide price would be for me to pay? I know there are so many variables but just after a rough price as landlord said £100/month for each shed. Seems a bit steep i thought

What do estate agents charge for commercial buildings rent in your area as a comparison?

How big are the sheds? I know someone renting a 50x60 shed, half earth half concrete floor paying around £50/week which seems ok or the shed would be left empty all year?

The sheds would average 60x40

So a floor area over 7 x 40 foot containers per shed, and you think 100 / month is expensive?

Im guessing its not expensive then, im honestly not sure as havent rented sheds before

I would say you are getting a fair price their personally. Their may be cheaper - but you have to take things into consideration of locality etc..

We've got two 60ft by 15 ft wooden monosided sheds with a reduntant silage clamp and muck store and that is £500 a month. £100 is incredibly cheap
