From what I understand having had a small amount of involvement with an agricultural company in Ukraine, all the land at one point was shared evenly between the population, and now large farming companies are trying to buy areas of land, hence having to do a lot of transactions. I guess almost going door to door and making an offer, perhaps hence the question. Unfortunately I have no idea of the value, sorry.
