I have sold 2 round balers, an old plough and our old combine abroad before. Never had any problem at all. I also got more money than I could sell them for to a dealer or farmers here. This was a couple of years ago now though.

Thanks for information! Milk price not the best in my country and for this season need cheaper equipment.Of course I buying and from farmers any condition from UK and Ireland country.

What sort? Trailed mounted??
Not really sure Dave. We make pit silage but often do a few bales to tidy bits up.

I suppose mounted and remote controlled would be best but probably out of my price range. If it was manual controls I guess trailed would be best and then just haul them in when wrapped.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
