Pipe has worn through from rubbing of bonnet and let gas out can it be successfully welded or is a new radiator needed

Omagh radiators would fix this. We had the aircon rad on our 6900 with smashed fins causing a leak. Couldn't be fixed on our occasion but he sourced a new replacement.

Otherwise try a local man to tig it

TIG it if the pipe’s aluminium, blob of brazing if it’s steel will sort it and fit some protection or aheem adjust the bonnet slightly!!!

Tig it wether it’s alloy or steel. Tig welds any thing with the right machine. Will last no bother.

If you look at the picture it’s got a guard on it but it wasn’t long enough

Your local radiator shop should be able to repair this and pressure test it for 25 Great British lbs.

It'll outlive the tractor unless your radiator repair man is incompetent.

Replace the drier also. They're £35 and a large weak spot on the 10/20/30 series.
