Also all inside, for a week now. Normal in west cumbria to have them in now, neighbour has had his in a month.

I enjoy having the stock in and getting into the winter routine but not in october or november if i can help it. It amazes me when people house cattle because of a few muddy gateways but i realise alot depends on your region. What they jig/poach before christmas will usually heal itself with frost/snow/rain during jan and feb

These are feeding cattle if you don't bring them in sharpish they lose all the condition they've put on during summer

Now all clipped and worked and onto winter ration hopefully get a few away before xmas I'm pleased they in its blooming wet now although mild

Pneumonia weather here. Could do with some frost and wind. Too mild.

Too mild here also but we have a whole herd Tb test this week so we laid them in a fortnight ago to get them settled. Started weaning calves and if they settle alright half the cows might go back out.

Yes too mild/humid to bring in cows and newly born calves but last years stores were brought in 3 weeks ago to save grass and condition they put on in the summer.

This was one of @RWG Contracts , the rest were done by @Forever Fendt. Excellent sheds. Makes things much easier and massively healthier.
