Just a few pics of our monthly borehole flush, crude but effective. 5/6kg oxalic acid down the wellhead, then flushed in an on/off cycle for between 12 and 24 hrs then its run to waste for an hour to clear out and reconnected. Pic 3 is the pipe to the holding tank where we join to return to the wellhead and 4th pic is filter we use to catch any iron before the holding tank, picture 5 is the amount of iron the filter catches in 12 hrs.
How anyone who has high iron content water can get away without flushing or filtering amazes me.
Wow, I'm very fortunate to have only of changed the filters once in 5 years!
