Thanks. Photography is what I do as a hobby. Have a lovely stop-motion set of cows going out after morning milking, but can't upload [what amounts to] a video.

Here's a quick, slightly out of focus snap of my cowman.

One of dry cows being fed in paddock early Oct 2012. A very wet year. This year is turning out to be nearly as bad.

Do you have trouble with the gates swinging open @multipower , they've got them were I relief milk, have to tie them up.

them gates are brilliant, when they shut the lever goes over center, there is some adjustment possibly that could help

Nice to see we are not the only farmers still milking through an abreast. How many are you milking and how many standings?
We fitted parlour matting to ours a couple of years ago to reduce wear and tear on feet (lots of turning)

how do you go on when the agitator kicks in on the bulk tank....looks a tad full.

we milked through an abreast untill about 2 years ago, 4 stalls, manual feeding with a bucket in the feeder, 60 odd cows, moved up in the world with a 8/16 herringbone with all the beells and whistles, although even thats 20/ 30 yrs old, shall get some pics sometime soon
