snow on Tuesday delayed turnout a bit but catching a few hours this morning
Are you having problems ? If not why change?Wanting to upgrade the pulsation system on the parlour, currently running 1master pulsator on a single pulse for the 6 units.
Dairy engineer is recommending changing to twin pulse and seperate pulsators.
I'm still using the probe and socket pipeline fittings, but they only work for single pulse pulsation.

I would really like to keep the pipework as a milk line setup , as the clusters are taken to the dairy for washing, and in this weather, are kept overnight in the dairy to prevent freezing.
Is there anything available, as the socket and prong for twin pulse pulsation, or anyone any ideas how it could be done.
I know I could put jetters in the parlour, but it works as it does atm, and it's nearly 100ft to put a wash line in from the end of the parlour to the dairy in a u shape.
Have a look for some alfa laval , delaval duo vacs, we used to have them in our old parlour, hooked on to vac line and plugged in to vacuum and plug on to milk line. Self contained unit with their own pulsator. Worked well enough for 30 yrs, simple no electricsWanting to upgrade the pulsation system on the parlour, currently running 1master pulsator on a single pulse for the 6 units.
