No I don't support that, even under RT there is no need to have your spraying approved or recommended by a basis advisor. It should just say the crop has been grown using UK approved chems and in accordance with it's approved use

yes take that bit off and nroso .

spraying certifucate should be enough

its got the right idea though
Yes perhaps I didn't word my post very well, didn't mean to be too negative , the government dictates the rules/laws we have to follow all we should need to do is say we have adhered to all of them and ensured crop hygiene following harvest.
That would cover applying chems and fert within their statutory requirements and uses, using equipment that is tested according to the law and by people properly qualified and records of all the above properly recorded and kept for the required time.

Snipe, please feel free to start a thread in the BFU section on this as well as its something we are looking at. We found out that ADHB were funding RT 250k a year untill we highlighted it, so in theory they should be happy to fund a new alternative scheme the same.

yes but all it actually needs to say imo is

“this produce has been grown in accordance and compliance to all uk statutory laws using only products and standards approved, recommended and applied by qualified professionals. As in accordance with UK law my business and all records are available for inspection at reasonable notice by any legally entitled organisation or regulatory body”
