Amatron 3 servo not working

We have a 2015 ZA -M profis not used amazone spreaders before, the L/H & R/H openers work fine when operated buy the hydraulics but cant get the electric servo's to open and close them. We have powered them up with power probe and the motors work fine and are showing on diagnostics page opening and closing with imp figure 0 when closed 3000 when open but when you press start error code comes up saying L/H servo not responding and then the same message for the right servo can anyone help please
