Come to use sprayer this morning and it’s pulsing all the time. At induction and whilst spraying. Any one any ideas as dealers still not at work. It’s a UG3000. Thanks

Either a valve spring broken or diaphragm split in the pump, is there water in the oil/ now empty of oil?

My knight can do this when there is air locked in the tank wash or something, reducing pressure to Zero while pumping clears it.

PS not frozen somewhere is it... it would be here.

No oil is full and looks good

Probably just valve springs, if you’re going in to the pump it’s worth doing the diaphragms at the same time though

Have the ux and will sometimes do that after I’ve cleaned right out and everything is totally empty. Do I would go with the air lock. Sorts it’s self out by stopping and starting. Might do it a couple of times a year.
