No all history has gone and settings gone but when I try to put the settings I want in such as changing working width from 3 to 4 m it isbt saving the changes and just reverting to factory settings

Ok I’ve not had that before but at a guess there will be a battery inside that maybe flat. Mine randomly looses the cal factor sometimes which is annoying got to check every morning to see if it has remembered it.

i would get the amatron3 software up to the latest version first before looking at any potential hardware issues, sometime rejiggering the operating version fixes quirks.

i took my Amatron 3 into the local Amazone dealer and he plugged it into his PC and pulled the update from the Amazone server. It’s a pretty simple & quick process. Make sure you back all your settings & implement templates & fields onto the thumb drive on the back of the Amatron. I didn’t bother as I’d just bought the used spreader that came with the amatron3 so was starting from scratch anyway.

If I remember correctly the latest release was 1.09. I can check tomorrow. When i bought the spreader/box I think it was running 1.02 or 3

Bizarrely mine has done exactly the same yesterday. Tried to empty drill and no settings so it doesn't know if it's got electric metering, implement width is wrong and I can't change it as it won't save! I'm watching for an answer.

I had last night to think about it and I was thinking it was an internal battery issue but for yours to do the same thing I am wondering if it could be a date glitch? I'll have a go at that later, and probably give my mate an ex amazone tech to see what he says. Let me know how you're getting sorted.

Mine lost everything, all drill settings, implement width, tramline program, etc as well as all this year's drilling data/history.
I tried changing the date, no luck. Sw version is 01.05.000 so slightly older than yours. One strange thing is that all data and settings have gone but it seems to still remember the correct date and it is not linked to the GPS? Is there a battery in the CPU on the drill as well as the amatron 3? I would have thought just a battery in the amatron as that is where field data is kept? Waiting to hear from my amazone mate.

There is no battery in the drill end haven't tried the Amatron box yet waiting on burdens to get back to us sounds exactly the same as ours box remembers date language etc the same but will not save any changes made to the drill settings

When did you last use your drill
Probably about end of January, my mate has got back to me but I won't have drill attached for a while. This is what he sent me.
