Interested to know if it’s possible to upgrade a machine that originally came with an amatron+ box to amatron 4? I know the you could go from amatron+ to amatron 3 fairly easily but is it possible to take it to amatron 4? Curious to know if anyone knows anything. I have two amazone machines in my yard, one on amatron 4 with full GPS and section capabilities and the other on amatron+ and manual sections 🙂

No real knowledge here but based on the Amatron 4 leaflet, I thought it is only for ISOBUS implements. I assume the Amatron+ screen is for a non-isobus implement? GPS Switch would give section control there, or Amatron 3. Isn't Amatron 3 capable to work as a GPS Switch screen and Amatron+ as well as a virtual terminal for an isobus implement?

That’s what I thought myself but I wondered if it was possible. Yeah I think the Amatron 3 can do everything, it’s very similar to the Amatron 4 but without the touchscreen functionalities and sharper display
