Anyone got any experience with an UF2002 with integrated front tank and how it works. Thinking my 2nd hand sprayer isnt quite right. So when I'm filling it transfers to the front, but only stops transferring to the front once it reaches a critical fill point of 1600 litres not at 1500l , then it doesn't circulate front to back so techically if I was to add a product late on in the fill it would all be in the rear tank. When spraying I have to manual transfer to the rear until its under 1500l before putting it back onto auto circulate/transfer, however if the rear tank is over say 1500l (2000 l tank) then the sprayer transfers forward ( instead of circulates ) until it gets to 1600l (critical level ) then stops circulating again so .

All the front tank settings are behind a passcode on my 1801, if you’re able to manually move liquid forward and back then I’d say it’s a settings/software issue rather than mechanical issues which is usually where my problems lie

Give Amazone a call or ask your nearest dealer unless you know the magic passcode to get in to the settings

What year is the sprayer and does it have flowcontrol+.
if you go in to settings and spray liquid circuit make sure the front tank option is on and you can set the min fill level in there.

Hi "coolcow"

Give Amazone a call in the morning and we will be able to help your "useless" dealer get you spraying again.
Where about are you?.

Hi , my uf 1801 with front tank will not transfer to rear tank from front tank on auto or manual, has anyone got any suggestions where to start looking?

Yes pumps forward fine
Can’t just remember precisely but I think there’s a Venturi valve that allows it to flow back.., so if your rear tank gets below a certain level it can’t suck it back (for want of a better description). Have you plenty in rear tank? Sounds like valve could be faulty ?

Thanks, the pressure relief valve gave up which stopped it pumping back, so the rear tank got low, I've put a new pressure relief valve on and filled rear tank 3/4 full but still can't pump backwards, guessing I need to find the venturi or valve for the venturi.

Have a word with Amazone, might need to put a gauge on it and check and adjust the pressure across the Venturi, it should be just below the relief valve pressure, 9-9.5 bar if I remember rightly. Front to back and back to front are slightly different
