Amazone Zam ultra/amatron+ spread rate inaccurate

Hi guys. Had to replace the ecu/controller (on the spreader itself, not the amatron+) on our 2008 Zam ultra profis after the controller shorted and burn itself.
With the new controller on the spreader doesn’t spread accurately any more, it can be 10% to 30% lighter then the set rate, never had an issue with the original controller.
I always use amazone my spreader app to get the calibration factor and the vane settings.
The speed is reading accurately so it’s not that the spreader thinks the tractor is going slow.
Any ideas on what could be wrong or what settings I would need to change?
Thanks
Graeme

Is it possible it’s not connected…only thing that I’ve had in the past for under dosing was the bearings in the electric actuators …we replaced bearings with stainless steel ones as new actuators are £££ …so we were able to strip very carefully
