An Update on my Products

On my Short Air Induction Nozzle they are performing extremely well, as I have never had a Nozzle break they are lasting longer than I intended purely because it is simple and easy to clean. With the success and performance of the Nozzle I have decided to Manufacture the Free-Flow system to ensure the correct amount of Chemical is applied, this system will not fit every Nozzle. I do realise there are different ways of doing this, as I have tried the Electronic System which works very well, it would be very expensive to produce. Both of these products will reduce the amount of plastics into the Environment and increase your profit.
Please feel free to look on my website and look at the videos and see what you think.

To give you a little idea of how long a nozzle tends to last find a normal plastic nozzle tends to last about 10,000 hectares, however with my short air induction nozzle they are lasting far too long for eg if you look on my website you will see a piece which was written for the Pro Operator Magazine in 2018, he is still able to use the nozzles as they have not got any significant wear but you will be able to work out for yourself how many nozzles you have used in the last 5 years.

Are you looking to retail these? Why have you developed them? You are based in Martlesham so just down the road from me. Have you some working local?

Yes I am looking to retail. I developed them because no one else would and said that it couldn't be done. Yes I do have some working locally. I would be very happy to meet up with you to discuss any proposals.

I hope people have looked at the videos on my website which clearly demonstrates all my claims, please do not try to do the impact test on your nozzles because it will cause a lot of damage. The claims with cleaning of the nozzle will also prove that they can be cleaned with rubber gloves on. There are no videos put on for my Free-Flow System because people do not want to watch a nozzle spraying for 10-15 Minutes, I do not like to make false claims about anything, or criticise any other Nozzles.
