Any views on these sorts of towing trailers?

Just looking for something to the odd bag of sand, firewood, quad ,bit of building materials etc. and move up from current single axle trailer.

Too cheap and nasty? Will be used once or twice a month.

Probably fine for the average householder taking stuff to the skip, grass clippings, garden waste etc.

Wouldn’t imagine they’d stand up to regular commercial use, the metal looks quite thin on them.

Horses for courses.

What’s the warranty on them?

You would be over weight with a bulk bag ,they are 800-850 kg

Looked at Wychavon trailers Worcs recently. They have a big selection and they looked well designed and practical, and all are on ALKO axles and brakes. Choice is an old second hand Ifor or new Eastern Euro model. Best buy before the year end before tariffs scupper us all.......;)

I spoke to a manufacturer the other day, a small well known family business. He will not get involved with secondhand because, in his words they are either nicked or knackered. Not quite true but close to the mark.

Read the small print on those ebay jobs! Some interesting "English" there..... Don`t think I`d want a trailer with a 9mm ply floor unless it was to store under-cover.
9mm standard ply would not stand up well to the elements. Ifor Williams use 18mm Buffalo board or equivalent on their trailers, which is phenolic, resin coated ply.
