Anyone ever put a John deere gps system on a 6010 series tractor.

You can fit a jd atu to pretty much anything with a steering wheel, not priced one for a while but would think you’ll be looking 8-9k with activations.

I run two for sp sprayer, combine, older tractors as well as having full autotrac on newer models. It’s probably the one thing I wouldn’t be without! Section control on the sprayer and fert spreader would be a close second.

Wheel motors like a JD ATU or Trimble Ez-pilot/steer should be a fairly economical solution and can be shared between tractors.

Several years ago we enquired about having a hydraulic steering valve put on a JD 6600. I recall just having the valve fitted would have been around 6 grand.

They're very good I've used one a few times and only thing they're not as good at is finding the line at the start so if you've no mark to follow you can get a wiggle before it finds where it should be
