Anyone know what could be wrong?

I've a 17 month old heifer that had blew up last Wednesday night, got the vet out and got the air released and pumped her with a rumen satchel, got a litre of cooking oil . We repeated the oil and also gave her Epson salts. She is only just nibbling at feed and water but no where near enough. Still frothy at the mouth and constantly farting. Anyone know what I could do?

She's only eating a couple of kg of silage and grass

Keep her hydrated, pump if needs be. Is she on her own? Often the fretting about being away from the herd is worse than the risk of being with the herd.
