Anyone used a Claydon with TT to stitch in grass swards?

As above really, thinking of selling my Vredo grass seeder and equipping my Claydon with twin tines and double leading discs to sow grass into existing swards .
Anyone done this, is it successful?
Do you drill twice in opposing directions?
Any other useful info
