Would like to order something costing near 3k but is significantly cheaper with them than other sites. Reading mixed reviews online, items not being dispatched for weeks despite saying in stock etc. Just wonder has anyone used them?

Yes, bought some stuff from them over the years, but certainly not anywhere near £3k worth.
They do have access to some top notch stuff, and at good prices too.

Used them few times for small things and been fine. Ordered some seals and bearings recently. The seals didn't get delivered but I only got charged, and invoiced, for the bearings.

Have used them before a few times, prices good and delivery was quick enough. If in any doubt use credit card as always a level of insurance that way i have found rightly or wrongly.

I use Zorro, some items are next day, some items longer, everything eventually arrives.
Obviously big ticket items will be longer lead, they are process driven so their efficiency will revolve around logistics & bulk shipping for any imported items

Thanks for replies. Have gone ahead and ordered with credit card, says due to arrive Thursday 🤞
You'll be fine, they handle quite a lot of tools & equipment whilst supplying many large organisations.
I'd be more worried about a £3.00 order not arriving than a £3k one & that would be down to the delivery zombies who work this area more than Zorro.
