nothing is fekkin workin:oops:........went on to do my annual cs claim.....to find my agreement had been modified in feb by ridiculous amount.....then couldn't generate a claim....then somehow submitted a copy of of my 2023 claim

rang them for call back.....then tried again via 'environmental stewardship' which was wrong......but got thru;)......was told 'they were having issues'

i suppose it's not all their fault if we all act like 'lemmings' and leave renewing until the last minute.....then again i didn't fully decide my option locations until end of April.....then the weather's been good to get on...... leading to the temptation to postpone filling.....then again you kinda expect the system to work

perhaps it'd be better if they emailed you a form that you filled in and sent back within 7 days....that way they could stagger the responses

or go back to paper

at one stage the computer elevated my claim eightfold citing it had been changed if feb:unsure::banghead:.....then decided it would submit last years claim  ....email sent🤞....call back booked....but if @Vader is to go by it could be a long wait:rolleyes:

Glad I saw this thread, I thought my Internet connection was having problems! Been unable to submit my revenue claims today it just sits on the screen saying this could take a few minutes
Here's to hoping they fix it before tomorrow evening deadline 🙄

The call back service is atrocious. Since Xmas I have kept a log of times requested a call back. Will be several and so far only one reply. I didn't use to bother and just called helpine later but now I always request a call back just to find out how atrocious.

My experience over several months (and seems similar to other feedback) is if they don't call you back within 20-30 minutes of you leaving a request, you don't get a call back at all.

Had problems with CS claim
Computer says NO for SFI application for no good reason. Getting very pi$$ed off with the whole thing.

Message issued from RPA yesterday afternoon:

so keep trying and keep a log /send them an email that you've been trying.
(the issues of generating and submitting claims are still there today - perhaps even worse, so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't end up extending the deadline)

oh, and I bet the real issue is not because of 'increased volumes of customers submitting claims', it'll be because the RPA IT system is (still) not fit for purpose.
After all, it's not as if the RPA don't know how many people have CS agreements - all of whom have to submit an annual claim declaration!

I did the same back in early April
the button to submit is very close to the button to modify and not very well signposted
once you hit the submit it does not ask are you sure you want to submit which is the normal system on most well run computer software systems giving you a chance to go back and check

my agent then emailed them and after 2 week they said I could submit an email with the correct information

next year I will know better to be more careful

the last 6 years I have had no problem with revenue claims system but you only do it once each year

the buttons on the system could be much better designed this would save the Rpa time in sorting out these accidental mistakes that then have to be manually submitted

Did you get it resolved @Kentishfarmer ?

I have got the same message tonight when submitting my revenue claims!

Complete thing is beyond a joke and getting to the point the hassle/ stress you get claiming these payments is just not worth it given the payment rates!

Took two and half hours for my claim to submit this afternoon, just left the window open with the icon spinning.

Thanks for letting me know,

Have left mine open and will see what happens, if they do not go thru tonight i will just appeal any fines, never known the system to be so bad as this and the BCMS site has been even worse the last few days as it did not work for 3/4 days outright!

I read they are turning off the RPA site tomorrow to do work on it !

I was same yesterday . Had a lot of mapping changes going through so decided to leave claim ( HLS Revenue) until late but then suffered delays generating a claim ( left it spinning for over an hour) , then pressed submit and had same issue . Left it spinning and when I came home 6 hours later , thankfully it had gone through around an hour and half after I left it , so all good in the end but I was sweating a bit as deadline was today .

Mine are at 2+ hours now and no sign of them going thru yet!

Will have a look again in the morning, questions need to be asked why the RPA system has been able to cope in previous years at this time in May but this year has gone into total melt down ?
