Depends. There's a distinct possibility that the business as listed is legit but the ebay account is stealing their ID, and is a scam. What sort of item are we talking? Any Ebay listing for large items (especially sought after stuff at cheap prices) that you can have delivered to your door if you bacs them the money has a high probability of being a scam.

Link to the item?

Not for me it doesn't. Copied the number into ebay uk website and nothing. Also Googled it and nothing either, which is odd as if you google an ebay number the item usually comes right up.

Are you sure you're not looking at an old page held in cache and the actual one has been removed? Have you an actual link to the item?

I can’t see a seller conducting business any other way on there tbh. You could always pay by PayPal for some protection but I suspect you would have to cover the transaction fees on top.

My instinct screams scam. Anything where they say 'Pay us the money by bacs and we'll deliver the item to you' has a high chance of being a scam. And although they say 'cash on collection' as well, I'll bet if you tried arrange to pick it up yourself there'd be a reason why you couldn't. Its in a locked building and the key holder is on holiday, or whatever.

The location mentioned is just the offices of the accountancy firm that are the registered offices for the company - lots of limited companies are registered to their accountants offices. Actual business takes place elsewhere. There's certainly no car and vehicles sales going on at Comac House, you can see that from the satellite view on Google Maps, so if you turn up there with cash to collect and pay for it you'll speak to some very confused accountants.

Do not part with any money without viewing first.
