Role Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and business growth
- To proactively build and develop strong business relationships within the dealer network
- To support the dealer network offering product training, product updates and demonstrations
- To actively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive sales
- To attend promotional events and industry exhibitions, increasing brand presence
- To stay abreast of competitor activity, monitoring industry trends and developments
- Proven experience within an agricultural machinery sales role
- A strong understanding of agriculture and livestock systems
- Results driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Well-connected in the agricultural industry and farming networks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and develop relationships easily
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, able to manage own diary and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Confident operating agricultural machinery and towing a trailer
- Committed to providing excellent customer service at all times
- Good commercial awareness with an ambitious mindset
- A UK driving licence with the desire and willingness to travel
