watched it and enjoyed it too , looks forward to what is in store but hope they intend to re power it with 400hp motor !!!!!
cant help but think trundeling off down the road at a weekend with that would not fill me with enthusiasm for a weekends motorsport !!!! more like a chore to drive 5 miles let alone 200 , them old library vans are hardly brisk are they .
For sure they did a lot of fast forwarding but then again I'd imagine the reason for that is they want this unit to transport binky because this really is only a side show to the main preformer I'm sure we don't want to be spending another 5 years watching them build a transport unit to take a car that took 5 years to build, plus I believe they are under somewhat of a time constraint to get the lot on the road for an up cumming show.
They have plenty of projects in the pipe line when this lorry gets done as they showed us on a video of late which will be more time consuming and entertaining.
In fairness to them, their bringing us along for the quick ride on the library truck which they didn't really have to do, they could of just rocked up with it, which would of looked worse.
I've a feeling they will slow it down for the interesting parts.
The thing is that the Binky episodes take a lot of work & time to put together & edit into what we see - as they said, Escargot is more of a "fill-in" in between the main efforts on Binky. Interestingly Mighty Car Mods have just done a "low rent" episode on the Evo & I suddenly realised how polished their episodes have become!
Went snowboarding to Morzine a few weeks back, the other group in our chalet were 6 lads from Newcastle. Came downstairs for dinner one night to them settling down to watch Binky on the lounge telly from episode 1! Sound lads....
