BCMS soooo slow

Missing a passport - no idea what happened I phoned last week (6 working day now) to get the form to fill in to request the replacement. I notice this morning still no emailed form.

How long does it take to check my details and forward this form? I need this passport asap. Surely a replacement passport should be an easy thing to do?

Had a couple of problems with passports this year and as you say, it’s slower than usual resolving the matter.
In both cases here, the passport has turned up the day after I wanted to sell the calf...........such is life.

Royal Mail I’d say , they are a disgrace the only time I e ever lost passports is this year due to Royal Mail not Bcms , Bcms are the only decent government organisation we have ever had
